Alaska Emergency Medicine Associates (AEMA) is a well-established, independently owned physician group at Providence Alaska Medical Center (PAMC) located in Anchorage, Alaska. PAMC is a designated Level 2 Pediatric Trauma facility and a designated comprehensive pediatric emergency facility by the State of Alaska.
The Emergency Department at Providence Alaska Medical Center is set up to handle any type of medical emergency. Specialized treatment rooms are available for cardiac care, trauma, suturing, orthopedic casting, pediatrics, general care, gynecology and obstetrics, and ear, nose and throat exams. The department is staffed by 42 full-time and part-time ER physicians, all trained in providing top quality emergency care.
