MMCEPMG Is a democratic, independent  partnership, with a very stable contract and long-standing relationship providing services at Marian Regional Medical Center, a 191-bed Level III Trauma Center located in Santa Maria, California spanning more than 25 years. Our ED physicians are involved throughout all levels of hospital leadership and committees.

We offer regionally competitive base pay, with additional productivity incentives and night differential. We currently are interested in physicians looking for either full or part time positions, with a well-defined partnership track available. In addition to the signing bonus, our onboarding package offers assistance with credentialing, incorporation, real estate, accountants, and financial planning.
