The health system is the only health care organization in Greater Cincinnati and one of only nine hospital systems in Ohio on this year’s list. Others are Adena Health System, Cardinal Health, Cleveland Clinic, Ohio Health, ProMedica, Southern Ohio Medical Center, University Hospitals of Cleveland and Updox.

“We are honored to be listed among such prestigious hospitals and health systems recognized nationally for being a great place to work,” said John Prout, TriHealth president and CEO. “We are committed to offering an employee experience to match the excellence and leadership of our fine staff.”

Organizations on the Becker’s Hospital Review list were chosen for their workforce-centric awards received; benefits offerings; wellness initiatives; and efforts to improve professional development, diversity and inclusion, work-life balance and a sense of community and unity among employees.

Recent workplace awards included:

• “Best Employers for Workers Over 50”
• “100 Best Companies”
• No. 1 among the “Top 10 Nonprofit Companies for Executive Women”

In addition, TriHealth’s Lifestyles Department has been recognized for providing free personal coaching, health and wellness programs and other healthy living resources to improve the health and productivity of employees and their families.
